About Shard關於 Shard
Most social networks run on a company’s servers. Shard runs on your phone.大多數社群網路都在公司的伺服器上運作，Shard 則在你的手機上運作。
On other networks, a company holds your account, reads what it likes, decides what you see, and can lose your data in a breach. Shard is built the other way round: your phone holds your profile and your posts, your friends’ phones help pass things along, and everything is locked so only the people it’s for can read it.在其他社群網路上，公司掌握你的帳號、想看什麼就看什麼、決定你看到的內容，資料外洩時你的資料也跟著遭殃。Shard 反過來設計：你的手機保存你的個人檔案和貼文，好友的手機幫忙轉送，而且所有內容都上了鎖，只有收件人看得到。
It does what you’d expect from a social app, and some things others can’t: it keeps chats going without internet, and it can reach people over Meshtastic radios when the phone network is down. Shard works in English and Traditional Chinese, on all your devices at once, and is designed and built by an independent developer in Taiwan.它有社群 App 該有的功能，也能做到別的 App 做不到的事：沒有網路時聊天照樣進行，電信網路中斷時還能透過 Meshtastic 無線電聯絡到別人。Shard 支援英文和繁體中文，可以同時在你所有的裝置上使用，由台灣的獨立開發者設計和打造。
Your friends, not strangers你的好友，不是陌生人
Your feed shows posts from your friends and the people you choose to follow, newest first. Nothing is pushed in by an algorithm, and there are no ads.動態只顯示你的好友和你選擇追蹤的人的貼文，最新的在最上面。沒有演算法硬塞內容，也沒有廣告。
Your profile is a key, not an account你的個人檔案是一把金鑰，不是帳號
When you join, Shard gives you 24 recovery words. They’re your username and password in one, and only you have them: there’s no company database of accounts to leak.加入時，Shard 會給你 24 個復原詞。它們同時是你的帳號和密碼，而且只有你持有：沒有任何公司的帳號資料庫可以外洩。
Encrypted before it leaves your phone離開手機前就已加密
Posts, messages and photos are locked on your device for the people they’re meant for. The relay that passes them along can’t read them, keeps no activity logs, and deletes each item once it’s delivered.貼文、訊息和照片在你的裝置上就為收件人上鎖。負責轉送的中繼伺服器讀不到內容、不保存活動紀錄，送達後就刪除。
Keeps going when the network doesn’t網路斷了也能繼續
With no internet, chat messages hop between Shard phones nearby over Bluetooth. With a Meshtastic radio, they can travel kilometres across the mesh.沒有網路時，聊天訊息會透過藍牙在附近的 Shard 手機之間轉傳；搭配 Meshtastic 無線電，還能跨越網狀網路傳到幾公里外。
When the network goes down網路中斷的時候
Earthquakes and typhoons can take out phone networks just when people most need to reach each other. Shard is built for that moment.地震和颱風常在大家最需要聯絡彼此的時候讓電信網路中斷。Shard 就是為這種時刻而設計的。

- One tap tells the people you choose, with a loud alert even during their quiet hours.一按就通知你選的人，即使在對方的勿擾時段也會大聲提醒。

- Your check-ins also go out as plain text on the Meshtastic mesh, so rescuers and anyone nearby can read them.你的平安回報也會以純文字送上 Meshtastic 網狀網路，讓救援人員和附近的人都能讀到。
- No internet needed不需要網路
- Messages hop from phone to phone, or radio to radio, until they reach someone who has a connection.訊息會在手機之間、無線電之間一路轉傳，直到抵達有網路的人。
Shard doesn’t replace emergency services. In Taiwan, call 119 for fire and ambulance, or 110 for police.Shard 不能取代緊急救援服務。在台灣，火警與救護請撥 119，報案請撥 110。
Safe for the people using it讓使用的人安心
Private doesn’t mean anything goes. Shard is for adults, and abuse gets reported and stopped.私密不代表什麼都可以。Shard 只供成年人使用，濫用行為會被檢舉並制止。
- Adults only僅限成年人Shard is for people aged 18 and older. Where Google Play or Apple can tell someone is under 18, Shard can’t be set up on that phone. The app only learns an age band, never a birth date, and it stays on the phone.Shard 僅供年滿 18 歲的人使用。若 Google Play 或 Apple 能判斷使用者未滿 18 歲，就無法在該手機上設定 Shard。App 只會得知年齡區間，絕不會取得生日，而且結果只留在手機上。
- Reports that can’t be faked無法偽造的檢舉Report a post, message or profile and Shard sends a copy of just that item, signed by the person who wrote it. Nothing else in your chats is opened, and nobody is told who reported them.檢舉貼文、訊息或個人檔案時，Shard 只會送出那一則內容的副本，並附有作者本人的簽章。你聊天中的其他內容都不會被打開，也沒有人會知道是誰檢舉的。
- Clear cases stopped at once明確的案例立即停權Threats, terrorism, child abuse and people under 18 are suspended as soon as a report is verified, then reviewed. Banned profiles are refused everywhere, even over Bluetooth and radio.威脅、恐怖主義、兒童虐待和未滿 18 歲的使用者，在檢舉經驗證後立即停權，再進行審查。被封鎖的個人檔案在任何地方都會被拒絕，即使透過藍牙或無線電也一樣。

- Next下一版Public posts公開貼文Share a post with everyone on Shard, not just your friends, in a public feed. A public post uses points, which keeps spam out. Public posts can be read by anyone on Shard; everything else stays end-to-end encrypted.在公開動態中，把貼文分享給 Shard 上的每個人，而不只是你的朋友。發布公開貼文會用掉點數，讓垃圾訊息進不來。公開貼文 Shard 上的任何人都能看到；其他一切內容仍然維持端對端加密。
- Next下一版Daily rewards每日獎勵Earn points every day: one for opening Shard, and two more for posting your daily moment on time. Keep it up for 7 days, or a whole month, in a row for bonus points.
